The client acknowledges that project initiation involves immediate investment of time, effort, expertise, and operational resources. Therefore, advance payments made toward approved projects are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Project Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of a project before development or service execution begins. Any refund consideration shall be evaluated based on the stage of the project, resources allocated, consultations provided, planning completed, and work already performed.
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, Websolix reserves the right to retain amounts necessary to cover completed work, allocated resources, consultation services, project management efforts, operational expenses, and other costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests, if any, shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are generally not applicable for completed services, delivered work, approved milestones, consulting sessions, development efforts already performed, digital deliverables, or services that have been substantially executed.
