Introduction

Welcome to Websolix Technologies Private Limited ("Websolix", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, products, services, software solutions, consulting services, digital marketing services, web development services, mobile application development services, AI solutions, CRM development, cloud services, and all related business engagements.

By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, engaging our services, making payments, or entering into a business relationship with Websolix Technologies Private Limited, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Scope of Services

Websolix Technologies provides professional technology consulting, software development, web development, mobile application development, AI solutions, CRM development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, automation services, and related digital services. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and project requirements shall be defined through project proposals, agreements, quotations, statements of work, email communications, or other mutually agreed documentation.

Project Initiation and Advance Payments

To allocate resources, initiate planning, conduct research, assign technical teams, and reserve project development capacity, Websolix may require an advance payment before commencing work. Depending upon the nature, complexity, duration, and scope of the project, an advance payment ranging from fifty percent (50%) to eighty percent (80%) of the total project value may be required.

The client acknowledges that project initiation involves dedicated resource allocation, technical planning, consultation efforts, project management activities, operational expenses, and employee engagement. Therefore, advance payments made for approved projects may be non-refundable except where otherwise agreed in writing.

Project Timelines and Delivery

Websolix Technologies provides estimated project timelines based on the agreed scope, requirements, and available information at the time of project planning. While we make every reasonable effort to deliver projects within the estimated timeframe, timelines may be affected by factors such as scope changes, delayed approvals, content submission delays, technical challenges, third-party integrations, platform limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, revised timelines may be communicated accordingly. Any reasonable delay resulting from these factors shall not be considered a breach of service obligations by Websolix Technologies.

Technical Limitations and Dependencies

Technology projects often depend upon third-party platforms, APIs, software providers, hosting environments, payment gateways, cloud services, external tools, operating systems, browser compatibility requirements, and other technical dependencies.

In certain situations, technical limitations, software restrictions, platform updates, security requirements, infrastructure issues, or unforeseen development challenges may affect functionality, integrations, timelines, or deliverables. Websolix shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, modifications, or limitations resulting from third-party systems or technical constraints beyond our direct control.

Revisions and Change Requests

Any modifications, additions, enhancements, feature requests, design changes, or scope adjustments requested after project approval may be treated as change requests. Such requests may impact project timelines, costs, resource allocation, and delivery schedules.

Websolix reserves the right to evaluate and quote additional charges for work that falls outside the originally agreed project scope.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, necessary content, credentials, approvals, feedback, and relevant information required for successful project execution. Failure to provide required information within reasonable timeframes may result in project delays and revised delivery schedules.

Clients shall ensure that all content, materials, data, trademarks, images, and information supplied to Websolix comply with applicable laws and do not infringe upon the rights of third parties.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all proprietary methodologies, development frameworks, internal tools, source assets, research materials, processes, templates, concepts, and intellectual property developed or owned by Websolix shall remain the exclusive property of Websolix Technologies Private Limited.

Upon completion of the project and receipt of all outstanding payments, the client shall receive ownership or usage rights to the agreed project deliverables in accordance with the project agreement.

Payments and Outstanding Balances

Clients agree to make payments according to the agreed payment schedule. Websolix reserves the right to suspend work, withhold deliverables, delay deployment, restrict access, or pause ongoing services where invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed payment period.

All fees, charges, taxes, and applicable statutory obligations shall remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Websolix Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, business interruption, revenue loss, profit loss, data loss, reputational loss, or any other damages arising from the use of our services, software solutions, digital products, or consulting engagements.

The total liability of Websolix in relation to any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

Websolix respects the confidentiality of client information and takes reasonable measures to protect sensitive business information shared during project execution. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, business strategies, technical data, trade secrets, and non-public information disclosed during the course of engagement.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a project or service engagement in accordance with the applicable agreement. In the event of termination, the client shall remain responsible for payment of all work completed, resources allocated, consultation provided, and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.

Users agree not to misuse the Websolix website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, interfere with website operations, violate applicable laws, or engage in activities that may harm the company, its systems, clients, partners, or users.
